Core Weekday Open Training (Free with Core Registration)

Fall 2025 (September through November)

Sign ups must be made in advance EACH week. Sign up form (see below for each week) will be live starting Fridays at 7:00pm.

Please note that ALL sessions will take place at the 71st Street/Riverside Park, 74th Street Oval or Frederick Douglass field as indicated in sign up.

All age groups (U6 through U19) may attend each session, except on Fridays when there are specific sessions for U6-U12, and separately for U13 and up, and separately for goalkeepers (U9 and up).
